We are a progressive, egalitarian, participatory Conservative Jewish congregation located in the Washington, D.C. suburb of Potomac, Maryland. With a membership of over 700 families, we hold services every day and offer active and diverse educational, social, religious, cultural, and community-oriented programs for people of all ages, from preschoolers to seniors. Monthly Community Sing, ¯¯¯

What is it: A chance to share "mostly" Jewish songs and choir music of all kinds – a little bit of everything and some great standards thrown in for good measure. It's more fun to share the music with others.

Musical Experience Required – None (just that you love to sing) and, rather than singing in the shower, would like to join together and make new Har Shalom friends. On the other hand, experienced singers are more than welcome and we'll find something challenging for you to do as well.

What to bring: just your voice and a willingness to sing; also bring any favorite songs you would like the group to try.
