Gesher is the “gateway” to the start of all the Youth Department Programs. Designed for grades K through 2, the events are also fun for parents to join in and meet other people. All events are supervised by our Youth Director but the parents of the participants are always encouraged to join in the fun! Typical events include field trips, Havdalah programs, and other social programs designed to make the kids feel comfortable at Har Shalom.

October 10, 12-4: Klub Kef (Grs. 3-5)/Gesher (Grs. K-2): Who says you can't spin straw into gold? With a little help from Rumpelstiltskin, anything is possible! Let's take a magical ride to the Kennedy Center and watch the production of Rumpelstiltskin with our Gesher and Klub Kef friends! Families are always welcome. We will take a bus from Har Shalom to the Kennedy Center, tickets are $23 for members and $28 for non members. Tickets are sold out! If you have reserved a ticket please be sure to send Julie a check to hold your spot!
