Kadima is a Conservative youth group for kids in Grades 6-8. The kids participate in activities such as bowling, overnights, shabbatons and conventions (where they go away for 3 days). Har Shalom is one chapter in the whole Seaboard region (MD, VA, NC and WV). The participants make new friends while participating in activities that incorporate a Jewish meaning. The Kadima group is a great transition into our High School youth group, USY, and a wonderful way to meet other young Jews.

October 22-24, Kadima Fall Kallah @ Capital Camps, Join your friends from the Seaboard region in a weekend filled with ruach, special activities, and so much more!  Flyers have been sent out from the Regional Office.

November 13, Kadima Special Event, Robin will be sending out information!

December 1, 6:30-8 pm USY/Kadima Hannukah Party, Let’s celebrate the first night of Hannukah with your USY and Kadima friends!  We will be enjoying latkes, fun games, and a small gift exchange!  Bring a new friend to meet all your USY and Kadima friends!

December 11, 7:00-10 pm Steve Dropkin Project, This event is for all the youth groups!  Join us at 7:00 for an ice cream social with all your friends.  At 7:30 we will move into the sanctuary to enjoy a night of singing and dancing with the Steve Dropkin Project!  This event is a gift to the community.  Feel free to bring all your friends for a fun night!
