Instructor Bio
Cathy Lorberbaum has been teaching for more than 17 years in the DC area.  She has taught in many local studios as well as corporate locations.

 Cathy has been a teacher at Life Time Athletic for more than 11 years.  She loves what yoga focuses on:  physical and spiritual strength, inner peace and appreciation for life.

Segments of Class
5 minutes - opening meditation, welcoming, centering, pranayama/breathwork

15-20 minutes - preparing the body - warming up, releasing tension, softening, opening, stabilizing the joints, inner awareness

20-30 minutes - Flowing movement, traditional vinyasa and yoga poses with attention to proprioception and engagement and breath.
 Lots of options for modifications & intensifications.  Encouragement to explore and find an edge.

10 minutes - Deep stretching and core work

5 minutes - Savasana, meditation, sealing the practice
