9:30 AM - 1:00 PMErielle Davidson, is an attorney at the firm Holtzman Vogel who is working on a case representing a group of victims of the Oct. 7th attacks. Holtzman Vogel, along with Greenberg Traurig, LLP law firm, the National Jewish Advocacy Center, and the Schoen law firm have filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern Division of Virginia against Americans for Justice in Palestine Educational Foundation Inc., a/k/a American Muslims for Palestine (AMP), and National Students for Justice in Palestine (NSJP). The lawsuit, which seeks compensatory damages for nine American and Israeli victims of the attack alleges that AMP and NSJP work in the United States as collaborators and propagandists for Hamas. Erielle Davidson is an associate attorney with Holtzman Vogel and focuses her practice on commercial litigation, appellate law, and constitutional law matters. Prior to joining the firm, Erielle clerked for the Honorable Steven J. Menashi on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Erielle is also a co-founder of the Center for the Middle East and International Law through the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University.
