All families will receive class information in August. 

Please note, Grades 3-7: You will indicate whether you are going to enroll in virtual or in-person weekday Hebrew.

HSRS Registration: A Step-by-Step Guide


How to Enroll:

  • Go to
  • Click in the upper right corner to log in
  • Your username is your email
  • Enter your password, or click, forgot your password and follow the email prompts to create a password.
  • If don’t have an account already, enter a username and click forget password to be directed to set up an account.
  • Once logged in, click the upper right corner on your name and select “My Account”.
  • Click on My Enrollments and begin to select classes for your child(ren) for the HSRS Term - HSRS 2024-2025/5784.  Please enroll all your children attending HSRS at the same time.  Once completed, you will not be able to re-enter the enrollment module.
  • Shortly after submitting your enrollment, you will receive an email notice that your tuition has been applied to your account.  At that time, you will need to log in again to select your payment method.  You may pay the full amount or set up monthly payments, as long as the payments are completed by June, 2024.
  • Your enrollment is complete when payment is arranged.  You will receive a confirmation email from Sara at that time.


HSRS Enrollment is being conducted through the Har Shalom Website this year. In order to enroll, you will need an Account. Please complete this FORM so Sara can setup your family account. 

Once your account is created, please follow the steps in the column to the left to enroll your student(s).

This year you will again be required to set up your own payment plan through your synagogue account. Enrollment is not complete until a payment plan has been set up. Below you will find the steps to pay your 2024-25/5784 school tuition online via ACH payments. Tuition is billed in full on July 1 and is payable in no more than 10 monthly installments or one lump sum to be paid in full by May 2025.

How to pay tuition online or set up payments:

  • Go to and click Login in the top right corner
    • If you have trouble logging in, your username is your email and you can click forgot your password and follow the email prompts to create a password
    • Once logged in, select "My Account" and then choose the box for "my transactions" and click "submit a payment"
  • From this screen, under "Payment is" and select "for account balance"
  • Under "Paying For" use the boxes on the right column to select the item(s) you want to pay (or set up payment for)
  • If you want to pay in full, continue through the prompts to enter your one-time payment information and check out.
  • If you want to set up payments, scroll midway down the page to "Pay this amount" and use the drop down menu to select the number of payments then follow the prompts to check out.
    • Please select no more than 10 payments to be paid in full by May 2025.
    • For Starting date, make a selection for when you want this payment plan to start (i.e. 1st of July, etc.)

NOTE: Early Bird Registration through June 14, 2024 – Registration Fee will be applied toward tuition on the backend.
