Please join the Har Shalom Men's Club at 9 a.m. on February 12 for our regular Sunday morning minyan to be held this week in the Burke Sanctuary. Rabbi Simmons has arranged for about 16 of our B’nai Mitzvah students to join in at 9:30 for additional Tefillin Instruction.  We, along with about 150 other Men's Clubs within United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, will be putting on our tallit and tefillin in a nationally coordinated “Super Sunday” event.  

If you haven't used your tefillin for a while, get them out and get ready to pray as we have done for millennia. It is a beautiful time of reflection and thanksgiving that most of us don't experience often enough. If you have an extra set of tefillin please bring it for a student to practice with.

Men’s Club members will be available if you would like personal instructions. Please come if you can assist or want to learn. Some sweet treats and free refreshments to follow at around 10:15.
