Andrew Pollin is an American radio and TV personality with a lifetime of knowledge in the sports talk arena. Andy brings a unique and grounded perspective on the day’s top stories. While headlines are covered daily, Andy is known for his quick wit  and uncanny ability to tell the stories the shaped the sports we love today. Andy is a DMV native and has seen it all from the burgundy and gold "Glory Days" of the '80s to the "District of Champions" era today.

His show airs weekdays in the Washington, D.C. area (DC, VA, MD) from 9-11 AM EST on 630 AM, online at SportsCapitolDC.com, on the ESPN DC App or on your Amazon Alexa. At our March 12 Brunch, he will be discussing the current sports scene in the Washington Baltimore area and will take any and all questions about sports.  

Andy helped launch Washington, D.C. sports talk station WTEM in 1992 and held the title of Sports Director until being let go in January 2017. He joined WJFK 106.7 The Fan in February 2017 and now hosts The Andy Pollin show with Thom Lovero.. For 13 years, Pollin co-hosted The Sports Reporters with Steve Czaban, until getting sacked in July, 2013. The last "Sports Reporters" aired July 31, 2013. He acted as sidekick on The Tony Kornheiser Show between 1992 and 2006. He also co-hosted GameDay with Mel Kiper Jr. on ESPN Radio between 1998 and 2004.
