Artist Bobbi Gorban will lead us in this project to paint and decorate this special cup that will stand tall and proud on our Seder tables. Miriam’s cup, filled with water, is a symbol of Miriam’s Well, the source of water that nourished the Israelites as they wandered in the desert, and draws attention to an extraordinary woman in the Exodus story. 

Let us raise our cups and honor Miriam whose strength, courage, and love played such a pivotal role and to whom we honor to this day.
