Congregation Har Shalom is pleased to announce the second in the series of adult storytelling shows which will take place on Sunday, November 21st at 4:00 PM. The show will be available via live-streamed for an at-home audience or in-person in the Tikvat Israel Auditorium (limited capacity and COVID-precautions in place), and will feature the internationally acclaimed storyteller, Donald Davis who hails from a small-town in the mountains of North Carolina. He titles his show, “How They Linger: Stories of People Who Will Never be Forgotten. They transform us into the person we become.”  If you’d never met these unforgettable people, your life would have been different.

Mr. Davis’s wonderful stories are filled with unbelievably interesting people who changed his life in a positive way. He will transport you into a world few people have experienced as he brings amazing people he has interacted with to life. His style is understated yet mesmerizing, while his story content is funny and moving. His stories always have a powerful moral that will inspire his audiences. When his yarns conclude you will wish they didn't have to come to an end. While audiences aged 13 and up are recommended, younger sophisticated children may enjoy these stories too.
