Meet the Youth Coordinator

Samantha began working with children right here at Har Shalom, serving as a CIT at the Sherman ECC in 2013. After that, she began spending her summers working with children at different area camps, including Ramah Day Camp and Landon Girls Day Camp, before moving to Camp JCC. 
 
Samantha graduated from the Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School in 2017 and then moved on the University of Delaware, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Human Services, with a concentration in Early Childhood Development and a minor in Disability Studies, in 2021. She graduated again from the University of Delaware in late May of this year, this time with a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Development and Programming. 
 
Samantha just moved back to her home in Potomac and is looking forward to spending time with her parents, family, and friends! In addition to serving as Youth Coordinator, Samantha is the Lead Instructional Assistant at Sulam@JDS!
