Rosh Hodesh Iyar - May 8th at 8PM in the Stein Family Chapel
Celebrating ROSH HODESH has become a beloved Har Shalom Sisterhood tradition. We will begin with our beautiful Rosh Hodesh service on May 8th at 8pm. Then stay for some gentle movement of Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and energy medicine practices for healing and strengthening of the mind, body, and soul. The program will be led by Paula Mintzies who has been doing these practices for 15 years.  In 2014 she received training as an IIQTC Tai Chi Easy Practice Leader.
